It isn’t that 41mm is very big, but with this very specific lug design, it does wear bigger.
The 45mm lug to lug fits perfectly on smaller wrists (like my own 6.1” wrist). This feels like a 36mm watch. The movement is not as decorated as the rest of the current Royal Oak lineup, as it is not made in-house. It is actually made by Vaucher.
